Apartment hunting Review

Students and young adults seek amenities such as heat, electric, gas, and water when searching for a place to live.
Brendan Chapman, a senior student at MSU, went looking for a place to live next fall on Sunday. He sought out a DTN employee to show him several apartments.

"We looked at some of DTN's properties. We went to Cedar Village but I felt that was too loud and crazy for a senior, we also looked at the further off campus places like Woodbrooke off Coolidge but that was a bit too far, it's a big process," said Chapman.

Chapman went through 7 apartment complexes before deciding to sign on a house with 4 roomates.

"We decided on a house, the rent is actually cheaper with having my buddies as roomates. We are planning on splitting the utilities this gives us a little bit more freedom to do what we please with the house I think," said Chapman.
